All information regarding properties or services in 4 Sale by Owner magazine and Website is provided by the advertiser or seller-it is deemed reliable but it is not guaranteed. For Sale By Owner Costa Rica assumes no responsibility for its accuracy, omissions, typographical or other errors. In any event, liability for errors or omissions shall be limited to the cost paid by the advertiser for the space containing the error with no liability for any or all consequential damages.

Advertising will not be prorated. Properties subsequently listed exclusively with real estate agents will be dropped from further publications. Properties sold during an advertising period may be carried in the following magazine on a space available basis only.

This publication reserves the right to reject or revise any advertisement. All property ads are processed for publication for the magazine as soon after receipt as possible. Once the ad has been processed, no refund will be tendered regardless of the deadline date.

The advertiser must inform For Sale By Owner Costa Rica when a property is sold or rented.

No part of the publication or website may be reproduced in any form, in whole or in part without the prior, written consent of the publisher.

Once the ad expires, the listed property will be removed from the magazine, website and the yard sign must be returned.
If a deposit was given for the yard sign, it will be returned within 30 days of the return.
The advertiser must inform For Sale By Owner Costa Rica if a property has been sold, rented or taken of the market.
